I want to be an Education Director

There is no one qualification or career route to become an Education Director though most have professional theatre and teaching experience. Steve trained as a teacher and an actor and has a Masters degree in Arts Management in Education and a PhD in Educational Theatre. Essentially though, an ability to communicate, demonstrate leadership and plan creatively are the most important qualifications for the job.
