Lynn Ferguson: Role of wardrobe supervisor

Wardrobe supervisor Lynn Ferguson tells us that her job involves collaboration with the designer and actors. She has to be able to understand quickly the essence of the design, how the designer sees the character and what she is looking for. At the same time, she has to make sure that the costume works for the actor. The allocation of resources within time and budget is also crucial.
