Lynn Ferguson: Challenges of costuming

Wardrobe supervisor Lynn Ferguson tells us that the biggest challenge is the sheer scale of the production and the number of different costumes needed. Each consists of many elements and must be designed so that the actors can change out of them fast and easily. The costume for the Beast in 'Beauty and the Beast' required special protection from the slime that is smeared on his body.
