Creating A Fake Head

Down in the props dungeon on the morning of March 8th 2004, some prop makers were hard at work making a fake head. Actor Kelly Williams had to try and sit tight while her head was first covered in a porridge-like substance, then covered with moist strips of plaster bandage. For 45 minutes, her head was encased before Head of Props, Bill Talbot, removed the cast. This was used as a mould to create a wax head that has an eerie resemblance to the real Kelly.
