Rehearsal: Mary Warren enters the bedroom

Actors Leah Muller (Abigail), Michelle Tate (Mercy), Bethan Cecil (Betty) and Sara Beharrel (Mary) discuss what’s happening in this scene from Act 1 once Mary walks into the room. Up to this point, Abigail has been trying to get Mercy to keep quiet about the possibility that there was witchcraft involved in their evening in the woods. Director Jonathan Church comments on how crucial this scene is, since it is the only scene in the play where the girls have the chance to be on their own to get their stories straight.
