Sara Beharrel: Mary Warren's journey

Actor Sara Beharrel says that throughout the play, her character, Mary Warren, swings back and forth between telling the truth and lying. She wants to be honest, but gets involved in the mass hysteria, and being a weak person is swayed by Abigail and the girls. When Elizabeth Proctor is going to be hanged, John Proctor bullies Mary into telling the truth, but when the other girls turn against her, she is not strong enough to continue on her own.
