Paul Shelley: Hale’s silence in the court

Actor Paul Shelley, who plays Hale, says that he finds Hale’s silence in court very interesting because he has to listen intently to everything that’s going on in the courtroom to really understand what has been going on. At the end of the Act, he sees the girls very differently and realizes that he has been wrong to believe them.
