Kenneth Cranham: President's role

Kenneth Cranham plays the president and tells us that his character is a powerful man in charge of a fictional former soviet country. He is supposed to be embracing capitalism and freedom, but the nature of those in power has not changed from the old days; they are still elitist and corrupt.
