The wooing scene - Part 4

The Wooing Scene part 4 Richard pours out a stream of manipulative words designed to make Ann feel guilty for provoking his murderous actions because her beauty led him on. He confesses to killing King Henry VI, Ann's husband, and also Ann's father. He then throws her a knife and offers her his bare breast in an invitation to kill him. But Richard knows there is no real risk involved because, by this stage, Ann has been securely trapped in the web of flattery woven by this "bottled spider".
